Join us in navigating the experience of graduating from your fertility specialist appointments, and embarking on your pregnancy journey. Nest & Nurture Psychotherapy recognized that there was a gap in services for clients who graduated from their fertility services following a successful pregnancy. Once pregnant, women may begin to find it difficult to connect with their previous support groups, as many of the other members are still navigating their fertility journey. Once pregnant, it might feel hard to share and be open about your prenatal experiences, out of respect and care. However, when these women attend prenatal groups with others who may have not embarked on a journey with IUI/IVF or other fertility methods, they may feel there is a disconnect with their experiences and what lead to their pregnancy journey as compared to others in the group. The goal of this therapeutic group is to gather women who have experienced infertility, and after receiving support, have welcomed a successful pregnancy. We will discuss the emotions that come with a pregnancy following fertility support, and fill the gap between receiving infertility support and a new prenatal community.

This is a closed group, therefore the same members are present each week, and it will run for 6 weeks for 1.5 hours each session.
