INDIVIDUAL THERAPY
Motherhood is life-changing and marked by an array of combating emotions, often experienced at the same time. It makes sense then that we may need support through the changes and challenges that may come up in the process of becoming a mother and beyond. So much of our time is spent taking care of others, and we often forget to take care of ourselves. One of the many ways to attune to our needs, is through talk therapy. Individual therapy at Nest & Nurture provides a safe space with a clinician who is well versed in the trials and tribulations one may experience in motherhood. This journey can feel lonely and isolating, even when we are surrounded by our support system. Navigating these feelings, as well as, the barriers to our needs being met, accessing self-care and receiving support, is one of the many focuses in our sessions.

All services offered are covered by extended health benefit plans that include counselling and/or psychotherapy by a Registered Social Worker. Be sure to check with your benefit provider prior to booking, to ensure you are covered for these services.
